Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (Even Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Training: All training provided

These roles are perfect for residents of West Wyalong, Temora, Forbes, Condobolin and surrounding NSW areas who want to work locally and return home every night – no FIFO, no camp living!

What You’ll Do

  • Truck Operators: Operate underground haul trucks safely and efficiently (full training provided).
  • Nippers/Offsiders: Assist underground mining operators and support daily operations to ensure safe work practices.
  • Work as part of a supportive team in a dynamic mining environment.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and contribute to a positive safety culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to working on a 2/2 roster.
